Show the characteristics of the company and unite the strength of the team

Continue to carry out spiritual civilization and share staff's style. In July and November of 2018, DATECH-STARNET organized various branches to jointly launch the tug-of-war competition.

At the beginning of the activity, the leader delivered e a speech, and the organizers divided the team into several groups, read and explained the rules of the competition, and reminded everyone of the safety at the same time.

The whistle sounded, and the participants collaborated according to the established division of tasks. With the tenacity and hard work spirit, they tried their best to win the game. The cheerleaders shouted to encourage their team members, they would like to send strength to the team members and bring the atmosphere of the game to a climax.

After several contests in the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals, the tug-of-war competition was finished and the winners were awarded.

For participants,  the results of the competition are not the most important thing. It is important that everyone united and cooperated in the competition,  worked together to complete the competition. Through this tug-of-war activity, the communication between the employees of the company was promoted, the division of labor and collaboration among the team was strengthened, and the cohesiveness of the team was improved. At the same time, the life of the employees was enriched, and everyone felt the warmth of a big family of DATECH-STARNET.
