Learning, Entrepreneurship and Ownership

In order to improve the management skills of the front-line managers and establish a sense of ownership, DATECH-STARNET organized a front-line management discussion forum in December 2018. The  forum was attended by all  front-line managers. It is hoped that through communication and information exchanges, a continuous learning and positive atmosphere will be created from the front-line personnel, and at the same time, the ownership of front-line management will be enhanced.

The front-line managers actively spoke and shared the situation with themselves and their departments, and raised confusion and needs.   

Through the development of this conference, the front-line managers have learned more specific positioning and responsibilities in the organization, and have also set higher requirements for knowledge learning and skills improvement.
