After receiving the invitation, the company immediately held a meeting above the middle level, under the direction of general manager Kang Ping, held a meeting from the top to the bottom for deployment, clarified the verification requirements, determined the verification time node, and designated a special person to take charge of the general coordination.

After the verification plan is determined, the Customs Department will take the lead and assign tasks to all departments and individuals. In the spirit of good omission of any single, all employees are not afraid of hardship, not afraid of tiredness, familiar with Dadan, and strive for perfection. While ensuring the speed, Tian Jing, the director of the Customs Department, will be one-to-one, point-to-point, and supervise daily according to the time to ensure the progress and quality of the verification.

With the concerted efforts of all the staff, the comprehensive verification of all the data has been completed within one month, and the files have been kept.

Finally, Tian Jing, the director of the Customs Department, compiled the document verification analysis report, counted the types of errors and the proportion of errors in the process of checking documents, analyzed the causes of errors on the basis of the statistics, and put forward the corresponding improvement methods for the causes of errors.
